Scope: This standard specifies the relevant terms and definitions, classification, quality requirements, identification and evaluation requirements and transaction requirements for the circulation of overstocked commodities. This standard is applicable to the circulation of overstocked commodities; it is applicable to the quality appraisal of daily necessities and production materials in the overstocked commodity industry. Other related operation and management activities can be used as a reference. This standard does not apply to special commodities in the circulation of overstocked commodities, including rare resources, gold jewelry, antiques, calligraphy, paintings, jade and other overstocked commodities with collectible value and their quality appraisal.
