Requirements on NOx, emissions measurement for modulating water heaters are not included in this amendment.In the first indent, replace ""and"" with a comma and add types ""C51, C72, C73, C81 connected to an individual flue duct, C82 and C83.Delete the first indent of the 3rd paragraph.
