The purpose of this International Standard is• to present a method for predicting the general thermal sensation and the degree of discomfort (thermal dissatisfaction) of people exposed to moderate thermal environments.• to specify acceptable thermal environmental conditions for general and local thermal comfortThe International Standard applies to healthy men and women.
