This specification covers two types of two-component, epoxy, chemical and solvent resistant primer coatings formulated primarily for spray application. These coatings are compatible with epoxy and polyurethane topcoats. Coatings covered in this specification have typically been used on metal surfaces of commercial and general aviation aircraft where chromates are prohibited but usage is not limited to such applications.
