- Scope
- This standard specifies the basic requirements for the construction of rubber tree planting bases. This standard applies to the construction of new construction, renewal, reconstruction, and expansion projects of rubber tree planting bases at or above the county level in my country; the construction of rubber tree planting base projects invested overseas can flexibly implement this standard based on local conditions; the construction of other types of rubber tree planting projects can refer to this standard standard. This standard does not apply to the construction of rubber tree planting projects whose main purposes are scientific research and testing. This standard can be used as the basis for the preparation, evaluation and approval of rubber tree planting base construction project proposals and feasibility study reports.
