- This standard specifies the terms and definitions, types and basic parameters, requirements, inspection conditions, inspection methods, marking and packaging of pneumatic small nozzle inner diameter sensing devices. This standard is applicable to pneumatic small nozzle inner diameter sensing devices (hereinafter referred to as "inner diameter sensing devices") that measure nozzle diameters of Φ0.3mm to Φ0.4mm. Other measuring devices with measuring nozzle diameters ranging from Φ0.3mm to Φ0.4mm can also be used as a reference.
