- Scope
- This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules and marking, packaging, transportation and storage of kitchen grease cleaners. This standard applies to liquid detergent products formulated with various surfactants, additives, and solvents and used for cleaning and decontaminating various hard surfaces in the kitchen. This standard does not apply to solid kitchen grease cleaner products.
