Scope

This part of GB/T 13025 specifies the method for the determination of iodine in iodized edible salt. The direct titration method in this part is applicable to the determination of iodine in iodized edible salt added with iodate; the redox titration method is applicable to the determination of iodine in iodized edible salt added with iodide or containing reducing substances; the photometric method is applicable to the determination of iodine in iodized edible salt rapid determination.
