- This standard specifies the detection method for the content of dimethyl fumarate in antifungal agents. This standard applies to the determination of dimethyl fumarate content in antifungal agents. Gas chromatography is suitable for the determination when the concentration in the sample is not lower than 500mg/kg, and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry is suitable for the determination when the concentration in the sample is lower than 500mg/kg but not lower than 0.1mg/kg.
