Scope

This specification specifies the general requirements, quality assurance regulations and test methods for high-reliability (including aerospace grade) RF coaxial connectors. This specification applies to high-reliability RF coaxial connectors mated with soft, semi-flexible and semi-rigid RF cables. Other types of transmission lines use high-reliability RF coaxial connectors and RF coaxial connector adapters to refer to this specification.
