- This standard specifies the terms, regional divis ons, comprehensive farmland production capacity, high-standard farmland construction content, field engineering, site selection conditions and investment estimates for high-standard farmland construction. This standard applies to the preparation of documents such as plans, proposals, feasibility study reports and preliminary designs for high-standard farmland projects, as well as the evaluation, construction, inspection and acceptance of projects.
