Scope: This standard specifies the allowable values of energy efficiency, energy saving evaluation values, test methods and inspection rules for desktop microcomputers, all-in-one desktop microcomputers with display functions (abbreviated as all-in-ones) and portable computers (collectively referred to as microcomputers above). This standard applies to microcomputers with two or more independent graphics display units, and does not apply to microcomputers with power supply ratings greater than 750W. This standard does not apply to portable computers and all-in-one computers with a display screen diagonal less than 0.2946m (11.6 inches).
