Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, transportation, storage and quality certificates of coking heavy oil. This standard applies to the mixed oil blended with heavy distillate obtained from high-temperature coal tar processing and coal tar pitch.
