Scope
This standard specifies the safety requirements and safety measures for industrial vehicles used in explosive environments, including load handling devices (hereinafter referred to as vehicles), as well as the anti-riot technical requirements for inspection of these safety requirements and safety measures. This standard applies to the design, manufacture and inspection of explosion-proof structures of industrial vehicles used in explosive atmospheres. This standard does not apply to vehicles used in underground coal mines and vehicles used in explosive dust environments.
