GB/T 19845-2005
Scope
This standard specifies the vibration test requirements for ship equipment and mechanical parts, so as to ensure the consistency of vibration release of such equipment and mechanical parts. The purpose of these tests is to determine the resonant frequencies and to perform vibration resistance tests at these frequencies. The vibration test is a routine test. Unless there are other regulations among other relevant organizations, the test shall be carried out with reference to this regulation. This standard applies to the following ship equipment: - control devices and equipment; - navigation and communication equipment; - pole installation equipment; - mechanical components. For special-purpose machinery, equipment and installation, such as antennas, large-scale machinery and some special designs, it is not necessary to follow this standard, but it should be approved by relevant organizations. The maximum size and weight of equipment and machinery that can be tested is not specified in this standard because the test capabilities of existing vibration test stands vary. Moreover, even for a certain piece of equipment or machinery, if its size and weight are too large to be tested on a vibration test bench, it can be divided into several smaller parts for testing. The control and detection instrument devices usually installed on large machinery are tested in this way.
