Scope
This standard specifies the basic parameters, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, nameplates, signs and instructions for use of sulfur hexafluoride laser leak detectors for electrical equipment (hereinafter referred to as "SF laser leak detectors"). This standard applies to the design, production and inspection of SF laser leak detectors.
