Scope

This standard specifies the determination method for the content of attached water, total phosphorus pentoxide, water-soluble phosphorus pentoxide, total fluorine, and water-soluble fluorine in phosphogypsum. This standard applies to phosphogypsum obtained when phosphoric acid is produced by wet method using phosphate rock as raw material. The main component is calcium sulfate dihydrate (CaSO·2HO).
