Scope

This standard specifies the determination of moisture content in fouling and corrosion products in industrial circulating cooling water systems. This standard is applicable to the determination of moisture content in dirt and corrosion products in industrial circulating cooling water systems. The mass of the dried specimen of dirt and corrosion products is calculated based on the moisture content.
