- This syllabus is applicable to the type evaluation of rotating pure bending fatigue testing machines (hereinafter referred to as testing machines). Rotating pure bending fatigue testing machines mainly include four-point stressed rotating pure bending fatigue testing machines, cantilever type rotating pure bending fatigue testing machines and high temperature rotating pure bending fatigue testing machines.
