- This procedure is applicable to the pressure-type sulfur hexafluoride (SF) gas density controller, or gas density, with a measuring range of (-0.1 ~ 0.9) MPa, a spring tube as the measuring element, a temperature compensation device and a contact output function. Initial calibration, subsequent calibration and in-use inspection of the relay (hereinafter referred to as the instrument).
