Scope
This standard specifies the potassium chloride solution extraction-spectrophotometric method for the determination of ammonia nitrogen, nitrite nitrogen, and nitrate nitrogen in soil. This standard is applicable to the determination of ammonia nitrogen, nitrite nitrogen, and nitrate nitrogen in soil. When the sample amount is 40.0 g, the detection limits of this method for determining ammonia nitrogen, nitrite nitrogen, and nitrate nitrogen in soil are 0.10 mg/kg, 0.15 mg/kg, and 0.25 mg/kg respectively, and the lower detection limits are 0.40 mg/kg. kg, 0.60 mg/kg, 1.00mg/kg.
