Scope

This British Standard provides complementary guidance to BS EN 806. It is a guide to the design, installation, testing, operation and maintenance of services supplying water for domestic use within buildings and their curtilages. BS EN 806 does not cover underground pipework,but this standard gives guidance on underground pipework within the curtilage of the building.
