- This standard specifies the PCR detection method for equine rhinopneumonia virus. This standard applies to horse circulation and entry-exit quarantine to implement on-site quarantine and follow-up supervision of equine rhinopneumonia. The one-step PCR detection technology is suitable for the detection of cytotoxic samples in the laboratory; the nested PCR detection technology is suitable for the detection of clinical suspected samples and cytotoxic samples.
