Scope

This part of GB/T27698 specifies the calibration method for heat exchangers in the industrial field. This part is applicable to the industrial field calibration of shell-and-tube heat exchangers, spiral plate heat exchangers, plate heat exchangers in liquid-liquid non-phase-change heat, and gas-liquid phase-change heat conditions. This part is applicable to the industrial field calibration of the air-cooled heat exchangers used in the industrial field under the conditions of gas-liquid non-phase change heat and gas-liquid phase change heat. The term heat exchanger in this section includes shell-and-tube heat exchangers, spiral plate heat exchangers, and plate heat exchangers. The term air cooler in this section includes dry air coolers and wet air coolers. The tube bundle types of dry air coolers and wet air coolers in this section include plate bundles of plate air coolers. Wet air coolers in this section include surface evaporative air coolers.
