Scope

This standard specifies the method for the determination of trace amounts of hydrogen, oxygen, methane and carbon monoxide in inert gases by gas chromatography with a zirconia detector. This standard applies to the determination of trace amounts of hydrogen, oxygen, methane and carbon monoxide in inert gases such as nitrogen, argon, helium, neon, krypton, and xenon. Measuring range: (0～20)×10^-6(volume fraction).
