- This standard stipulates that the quarantine and identification of rice seeds and other rice materials of rice bacterial blight and rice bacterial streak are based on the morphological characteristics of plants, physiological and biochemical characteristics, molecular biology and enzyme-linked immunology techniques. The methods of field observation, isolation and identification, and sample preservation are clarified. This standard applies to the detection of rice bacterial blight and rice bacterial streak in rice materials and related environments.
