Scope

This standard specifies the sample preparation, detection operation method and result judgment standard for real-time fluorescent PCR detection of citrus huanglongbing bacillus (Candidatus Liberibacter asiaticus). This standard is applicable to the detection and disease identification of Phyllobacter asiatica in the diseased plants of Rutaceae and non-Rutaceae plants and the vector citrus psyllid.
