- This standard specifies the terms and definitions, test principles, test methods, data and reports of in vitro skin corrosion human skin model test methods for chemicals. This standard applies to the screening and detection of chemical skin corrosion candles, and can be used as one of the alternative methods for chemical skin corrosion animal tests. It can also be used as a part of the toxicity test, combined with other tests for the overall evaluation of the toxicity of chemical substances.
