Scope

This standard specifies the detection method of HA and NA nucleic acid sequence in type A H1N1 influenza virus and its Mexican variant strain by pyrosequencing technology. This standard is applicable to the nucleic acid detection of the general type A H1N1 influenza virus and the Mexican variant of the type A H1N1 influenza virus.
