Scope
In the document, the concentration - averaged over the sampling duration - of mesophilic as well as thermotolerant moulds culturable on DG-18 agar is determined. This is done by means of an indirect method, ie.e. the accumulation on a combination of a gelatine filter and an underlying polycarbonate filter using a sampling head (device) developed for the sampling of bioaerolsols in air according to VDI 2463 Part 8 (cf. VDI 4252 Part 2).
