- This guideline deals with the measurement of wind velocity by rotating and thermal anemometers, the measurement of wind direction by wind vanes and the measurement of wind vector. Furthermore, apart from the measurement procedure, the installation of the measuring instruments, quality assurance, the recording and evaluation of the measured data are described.
