- Scope
- The guideline describes dimensional 3D measurement procedures in coparison to industrial X-ray tomographic measurement procedures. Representative tactile, optical and X-ray tomographic measuring procedures are successively described. The fundamental differences, similarities and particulars of each individual method are presented. These descriptions help to decide between the different measurement procedures depending on the measurement task.
