Scope
This standard specifies the liquid chromatography method for the determination of free phenolic acids (including caffeic acid, coumaric acid, ferulic acid and sinapinic acid) in fruits and their products. This standard is applicable to the determination of free phenolic acids (including caffeic acid, coumaric acid, ferulic acid and sinapic acid) in fruits and their products. The quantitative determination range of this standard: caffeic acid, coumaric acid, ferulic acid and sinapic acid are all 1.0 mg/L ~ 200 mg/L. The quantitative limit of this standard: caffeic acid, coumaric acid, ferulic acid and sinapinic acid are all 1.0 mg/kg. The detection limits of this standard are: caffeic acid 0.6 mg/kg, coumaric acid 0.5 mg/kg, ferulic acid 0.6 mg/kg, and sinapinic acid 0.7 mg/kg.
