Scope

This section specifies the basic methods and requirements for the stem and leaf spray method to determine whether plant growth regulators promote or inhibit plant growth. This section is applicable to indoor testing and evaluation of the activity determination of plant growth regulators for pesticide regis ration. Other tests shall be carried out with reference to this section.
