- This standard specifies the principles, measures and methods for the control of nematodes on Musa paradis aca Linn., Psidium guajava L., Piper nigrum Linn. and Ananas comosus (L.) Merr. This standard applies to banana root-knot nematodes (Meloidogyne incognita Chitwood, peanut root-knot nematode M.arenaria Chitwood, Javan root-knot nematode M.javanica Treub, acrostic Meloidogyne incognita Chitwood, giant root-knot nematode M. .megadora Whitehead), guava root-knot nematode (Meloidogyne incognita Chitwood, Zhanjiang root-knot nematode M.zhanjiangensis Liao, Panyu root-knot nematode M.panyuensis Liao), pepper root-knot nematode (Meloidogyne incognita Chitwood) , peanut root-knot nematode M. arenaria Chitwood) and pineapple root-knot nematode (Meloidogyne incognita Chitwood, Java root-knot nematode M. javanica Treub).
