Scope: This standard specifies the methods, procedures and requirements for the reflectivity test of radar absorbing materials (hereinafter abbreviated as RAM). This standard is applicable to the measurement of the normal incidence and oblique incidence reflectance of flat-plate RAM and the measurement of the vertical incidence reflectance of wedge-shaped RAM. The reflectance measurement of other types of materials can be implemented by reference. The applicable frequency range of the radar cross section (abbreviated as RCS) test method is 0.5 GHz to 100 GHz, the applicable frequency range of the bow test method is 1 GHz to 40 GHz, and the reflectivity measurement of other frequency bands can be referred to for implementation.
