Scope

This standard specifies the equipment samples, test conditions, procedures, test results and test reports of the test methods for the tensile properties of carbon fiber multifilaments. This standard applies to the determination of tensile strength, tensile modulus of elasticity and elongation at break of 1K to 12K carbon fiber multifilament after dipping. Carbon fiber multifilaments above 12K can be used as a reference.
