Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions, product classification, basic parameters, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of silicon piezoresistive micro and thin pressure sensors. This standard applies to the production, use, acceptance, etc. of silicon piezoresistive micro and thin pressure sensors (hereinafter referred to as sensors).
