Scope
This standard specifies the technical requirements for anti-corrosion and anti-scaling of condenser tubes in thermal power plants, including condenser cooling water quality, treatment technology, operation control, condenser tube deactivation protection, and effect evaluation methods. This standard applies to thermal power plants that use groundwater, surface water and recycled water as cooling water sources. Seawater-cooled thermal power plants shall be implemented accordingly.
