This standard specifies the basic requirements for welding repair technical conditions, processes, quality assurance and quality acceptance of nuclear power plant steam turbine blades, shrouds, ties and rivets. This standard is applicable to on-site welding repairs of damaged steam turbine blades in nuclear power plants using electrode arc welding (SMAW), tungsten gas tungsten inert gas welding (GTAW) and other methods.
