This specification covers a titanium alloy in the form of bars, forgings, flash welded rings, and stock for forging or flash welded rings. These products have been used typically for parts requiring a combination of high tensile strength up to 750 °F (399 °C) and high fracture toughness, but usage is not limited to such applications.
