Scope
1.1 This specification is formulated in order to further improve the energy-saving and environmental protection technology level of industrial furnaces for cold-rolled strip heat treatment lines and coating lines of steel companies in the design process, reduce energy consumption, reduce pollution emissions, and further standardize the market. 1.2 This specification is applicable to the design of industrial furnaces for cold-rolled strip heat treatment lines and coating lines in newly built, renovated and expanded iron and steel enterprises. Including continuous heat treatment furnaces on carbon steel continuous annealing lines, continuous annealing furnaces on hot-dip galvanizing lines, curing furnaces and incinerators on color coating lines. 1.3 The industrial furnaces in the plate and strip heat treatment lines and coating lines of steel companies are important energy consumption and waste gas emission equipment in this process. Technically improving the energy saving and environmental protection level of these industrial furnaces will help implement the national energy conservation and emission reduction goals and achieve sustainable development. Sustainable development and protection of the ecological environment. 1.4 The design of industrial furnaces should be as energy-saving and environmentally friendly as possible while meeting process requirements. 1.5 This specification specifies the energy-saving and environmental protection technical measures that should be taken when designing industrial furnaces in plate and strip heat treatment lines and coating lines and the levels that should be achieved. 1.6 This specification does not cover the production process, operation and equipment maintenance. 1.7 The applicable fuels for each furnace type in this specification are all gaseous fuels, and liquid and solid fuels are not suitable. The quality of the gas used should not be lower than the requirements of GB 50486 (the allowable fluctuation range of calorific value is ±5%, the allowable fluctuation range of pressure is ±5%, and the dust content should not be greater than 20 mg/m). In order to adapt to the needs of furnace technology and equipment, there are more stringent requirements for the impurity content of gas.
