- This standard specifies the definition, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, marking, transportation and storage of bamboo charcoal for air purification. This standard applies to bamboo charcoal used to purify harmful gases such as formaldehyde, benzene, and total volatile organic gases (TVOC) in the air. This standard does not apply to specially processed bamboo charcoal used for air purification, such as various modified bamboo charcoal.
