This Standard provides methods and procedures for specifying the sound emissions of gas turbine installations for industrial, pipeline, and utility applications. This Standard is applicable to land based, or shore side barge-mounted gas turbines in single or multiple arrangements, for indoor or outdoor stationary installations. This Standard is not intended to be submitted for consideration as an ISO or ISO/IEC JTC-1 Standard.
