Scope

This standard specifies the explosion-proof technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging and storage, etc. of industrial thermocouples and thermal resistors used in explosive gas atmospheres (hereinafter referred to as thermocouples and thermal resistors). This standard applies to thermocouples and thermal resistors used in factories with explosive gas atmospheres at an ambient temperature of -20°C to +60°C.
