Scope
This section specifies the instrumentation, equipment and operating procedures for calibrating linear accelerometers using the shock comparison method by measuring time-varying reference acceleration, velocity or force. This method is suitable for shock pulse duration range "0.05ms ~ 8.0lls", dynamic range (peak value) 100 m/s'-loo km/s' (related to pulse duration). These methods can obtain sensors Impact sensitivity (that is, the relationship between the peak value of the acceleration sensor output and the peak acceleration value). These methods do not require modal analysis and calibration of the dynamic force sensor. Note: This section is aimed at those engaged in impact measurement. Kawato, they need traceability as described in GB/T 19001 "Quality Management System Requirements" (idt ISO 9001) and GB/T 1548 "General Requirements for the Competence of Testing and Calibration Laboratories" (idt ISO/IEC 17025) . Note 2: The method specified in this section is based on the measurement of the time history of acceleration. It is fundamentally different from other impact calibration methods based on the principle of velocity change described in GB/T 20485.1 2008. Therefore, the impact sensitivity is fundamentally different. It is different from the impact calibration factor obtained by the latter, but is consistent with the impact sensitivity of GB/T 20485.13-2007.
