Scope: This standard specifies the application of the vehicle-mounted road surface laser video damage detection system (hereinafter referred to as the detection system) for data collection, data validity evaluation, data processing, and report preparation for road damage detection. This standard is applicable to the quality acceptance of highways and first-class roads and the inspection and evaluation in road maintenance. The inspection and evaluation of other grades of roads can be implemented by reference.
