Scope

This standard specifies the method for analyzing sulfur oxides in exhaust gas (hereinafter referred to as the analysis method). Note 1. In this standard, exhaust gas refers to exhaust gases emitted into flues, chimneys, ducts, etc. during the combustion of fuel, roasting of ores, smelting of metals, sulfur manufacturing processes, other chemical reactions, desulfurization processes, etc. Refers to gas.
