Scope

This standard specifies the gas chromatography method for determination of organochlorine pesticide residues in soil. This standard is applicable to the determination of 21 organochlorine pesticide residues in soil. The detection limits and quantification of 21 organochlorine pesticide residues determined by this method in soil are shown in Appendix A.
