Scope

Provides specifications for measurement of voltage flicker and recommends acceptable levels for 120 V, 60 Hz AC electric power systems. It adopts IEC 61000-4-15 for a functional design specification for flicker measuring apparatus intended to indicate the correct flicker perception level for all practical voltage fluctuation waveforms.
